Carey is currently seeking an entusiastic Maths Teacher with experience teaching General Maths to join the team in Term 3, 2024. Reporting to the Leader of Learning - Mathematics and Computing, this is a 12-month parental leave contract with a full-time load.

This Classroom Teacher role is responsible for providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all students, whilst also being the first point of contact for student families. Classroom Teachers within the Junior School, plan and implement effective programmes for all children in the class, providing authentic opportunities for student agency.

About the Opportunity

Carey is currently in search of a Permanent Full Time Administration Assistant to provide support for school administration and the teaching and learning program from the ELC to Year 6 at the Donvale campus. 

Donvale has approximately 300 students and 40 staff across ELC to Year. This role is key to ensuring smooth and open communication with staff and families as well as collaborating across the campus.

About you

• Qualifications in administration or previous experience in a high level administration role 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to relate well to students, parents and staff
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proven ability to adapt and manage competing priorities
• Ability to use initiative
• Previous exposure to an education environment is advantageous
• Previous experience using Synergetic, Consent2Go and Canvas will be highly regarded
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language, desirable
